Designed for the unforeseen, last-minute fuel needs, DockDrop’s On-Demand Fueling allows non-Drop Pass customers to book single-slot, multi-date, or recurring service appointments at a rate that makes sense.

Unlike the Drop Pass Subscription, customers using our On-Demand Fueling Services pay a small surcharge that gradually decreases as more fuel is delivered. While the price of fuel itself will fluctuate, the surcharge tiers remain fixed and are designed to step down in price with every 10 gallons delivered. The surcharge rates are as follows:

• Gallons 1-19: +$0.75 per gallon

• Gallons 20-29: +$0.65 per gallon

• Gallons 30-39: +$0.55 per gallon

• Gallons 40+: +$0.40 per gallon

For example, if a customer were to have 35 gallons of fuel delivered, the billable charges they would receive on their invoice would reflect the price of 35 gallons of fuel, plus $24.05 in surcharges (19gal. at $0.75/gal. + 10gal. at $0.65/gal. + 6gal. at $0.55/gal. = $14.25 + $6.50 + $3.30 = $24.05)

Given the amount of fuel you’ll have left in your tank today will likely be different than the amount you’ll have tomorrow, we bill customers using an invoice system at the end of each week so that we’re able to charge you based on the amount of fuel actually delivered and not a predetermined estimate.

When booking, we do require a $19.99 deposit to support a portion of the cost needed to obtain the fuel prior to delivery. However, this deposit counts as a credit towards the billable amount as seen on your invoice.

New customers can use code TAPPS2025 when scheduling their first On-Demand Fueling Service to take advantage of zero delivery fees and surcharges.

• Offer only valid through June 15th, 2025.

• Customer is still responsible for the upfront cost of fuel and will be billed for that amount using our standard invoice system.

• Offer is not restricted to multiple watercrafts but can only be redeemed once per household and/or account.

• The standard deposit of $19.99 is still required prior to confirming appointment in order to help support the upfront cost of fuel. However, this deposit is credited towards the total charges due found on your invoice. (See sample invoice here.)
