  • We currently service residents living on and around Lake Tapps, Washington. If you're docked on the lake or have property access, we’ll deliver fuel straight to your watercraft.

  • Because it saves you time, effort, and hassle. No more loading up gas cans, making multiple trips, or missing out on lake time. We come to you, so you can get back to doing what you came to the lake for—enjoying it.

  • Yes. We follow all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards for fuel delivery. Our team is trained to handle fuel safely and responsibly.

Service Details

  • We fuel a wide variety of watercraft including wake boats, pontoons, jet skis, fishing boats, and more. If it floats and runs on gas, we can most likely fuel it.

  • We deliver both regular and premium fuel, ideal for maintaining the performance and longevity of your watercraft engines.

  • Nope! As long as we have proper access to your dock and watercraft, you don’t need to be home. We’ll send a notification before and after the job is done.

  • You can schedule a one-time, multi-slot, and/or recurring deliveries through our website using either our Drop Pass Subscription or by choosing our On-Demand Fueling Service. With two options to choose from depending on your fueling needs, scheduling is as hassle-free as can be.

  • We can deliver up to 100 gallons per service visit. If you need more, let us know ahead of time and we’ll work with you to accommodate it.

  • Yes, as long as all watercrafts are at the same dock, home, or property and you indicate this on your service request when scheduling—we charge per gallon, not per boat.

Pricing

  • The Drop Pass Subscription costs $19.99 per month. This fee covers unlimited fuel deliveries, with the cost of the fuel billed separately.

  • No, there are no additional fees. The $19.99 monthly fee covers all delivery charges. You only pay for the fuel you use.

  • The cost of fuel is calculated using the average weekly price per gallon from four local gas stations to ensure that the price you’re billed best aligns with the actual costs associated with procuring the fuel. You will receive an invoice for the fuel used after each delivery.

  • Currently, we offer a flat rate of $19.99 per month for the Drop Pass Subscription. As we only operate during the summer months, we do not have long-term subscription discounts at this time.

  • If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will not be charged for the following month. However, the current month's fee is non-refundable.

  • The cost includes the price of fuel plus a surcharge that decreases as more fuel is delivered. The surcharge rates are:

    • Gallons 1-19: +$0.75 per gallon

    • Gallons 20-29: +$0.65 per gallon

    • Gallons 30-39: +$0.55 per gallon

    • Gallons 40+: +$0.40 per gallon

  • The surcharge is calculated based on the total gallons delivered. For example, if you receive 35 gallons, the surcharge would be $24.05 (19 gallons at $0.75/gal, 10 gallons at $0.65/gal, and 6 gallons at $0.55/gal).

  • Yes, a $19.99 deposit is required when booking the On-Demand Fueling Service. However, this deposit counts as a credit and is deducted from the final charges found on your invoice. As a small business, we rely on deposits to help ease the cost of obtaining fuel prior to delivering it. With that said, deposits are 100% refundable up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service date. In the event you cancel your delivery within a 24-hour window of your service date, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • While we aim to have invoices sent out within 48 hours of your service, we do ask that you allow us until the immediate Sunday of each week to get them sent.

  • Yes, the surcharge decreases as more fuel is delivered, making it more cost-effective for larger deliveries. The more fuel you order, the lower the surcharge per gallon.
